He advises us how we can control diabetes by simple solution – eating a diet rich in vegetables and fruits. It might eventually lessen the staggering increase of diabetes.

According to Dr. Barnard, diabetes is not only reversible, but preventable. With his patients, he found that by putting them on a diet that eliminated fats and emphasized vegetables and fruits. As a result, their diabetes disappeared.
