Avocado Deviled Eggs with Smoky Bacon

These hearty and zesty avocado deviled eggs with smoky bacons are a great way to spice up your breakfast food. They are amazingly delicious and are packed with healthy nutrients like high quality protein.

This is prepared with crispy bacon bits, rich avocado, smoked paprika, hot sauce and fresh lemon juice.

Ingredients

  • 8 hard-boiled egg

  • 1 avocado (peeled and pitted)

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1/4 tsp McCormick Garlic Powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsps fresh cilantro (chopped)

  • 1 dash hot sauce (optional)

  • 5 strips bacon (cooked)

  • 1/2 tsp McCormick Smoked Paprika

Directions

  1. With a sharp knife, slice eggs in half and scoop out the yolk, keeping the white halves intact and setting them aside.

  2. Place the yolk, avocado, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, cilantro and hot sauce in a blender or food processor and process until smooth and creamy.

  3. Scoop the filling into a bag and pipe into the egg white halves.

  4. Wash and dry your blender or food processor. Process bacon strips with smoked paprika until you have bacon bits. Top each egg with the bacon. Serve immediately.
