This turkey avocado burger is nut free, dairy free, and completely delicious!

Forming tasty turkey burgers with unsweetened applesauce instead of breadcrumbs makes for super moist patties.

Topping them with light cheddar cheese and avocado and your favorite fixins makes for a super delicious dinner.

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 1 (16-ounce) package Lean Ground Turkey Breast

  • 2 teaspoons no-salt seasoning

  • 5 whole wheat buns

  • 5 slices light cheddar cheese

  • 1 avocado, peeled and diced


  • Drain applesauce in a strainer to eliminate excess liquid. Mix ground turkey, applesauce and no-salt seasoning.

  • Form mixture into 5 patties.

  • Grill patties.

  • Place cooked patties on bun bottoms.

  • Top with cheese and avocado and your favorite fixins
